As is often noted, cultural change can only happen from the bottom up, that is, by engaging our neighbors and colleagues in conversations which point to hope in Jesus Christ.
Yesterday I discussed three conversational barriers we face in engaging people who are not Christians. Yesterday we addressed the first one, the "natural" sound barrier. Today I offer some resources to break the second, the "spiritual" sound barrier: turning a conversation to spiritual topics.
The above link is to an article and several resources which will help us do this, all offered by the Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview. After reading the article, please take a minute and act by "Liking" it on Facebook, so as to spread the word. (There is a Facebook "Like" logo at the end of the article.) Then, check out the three resources offered at the bottom: Seasoned with Grace, God Space: Naturally Creating Room for Spiritual Conversations, and The Discipline of Christian Conversation.
