"The United States is $19 trillion in debt, but still paying for federal employees to waste countless hours at work surfing pornography sites.
Thankfully, Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC) has asked House Committee on Appropriations Chairman Harold Rogers (R-KY) to include language in all future appropriations bills that forces federal agencies to block access to pornography on all government computer networks.
"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of the Interior, "have been the subject of high profile media stories about their employees surfing porn at the office," Jones wrote.
There have been numerous news reports of EPA employees caught watching porn. These employees weren't always fired, and were sometimes even promoted."
